Because each book is personalized and made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processing has begun. This includes orders where you've uploaded a photo, selected a silhouette, or submitted a dedication message.

We believe in thoughtful, handmade storytelling — and each book is created with care based on the details you provide. That said, we understand that things can go wrong from time to time.

Please reach out to us at hello@mystorybookatelier.com within 30 days of receiving your book. If we’ve made a mistake (like the wrong illustration, missing pages, or damage during shipping), we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
